As Regional Manager, you will look after the operational aspects of all the units in your area. You will work with managers, senior staff, and head office to ensure that the business runs smoothly, sales and costs are meeting or exceeding budget, and that problems are dealt with promptly.

You will play a key role in the development of new facilities, menu changes and pricing, special promotions and events. Food safety and health and safety are crucial areas – you must ensure that every aspect of the operation follows company procedures on avoiding risk.

You will have an influence on the training programmes used in the units in your areas, and these must keep pace with the needs of the business, as well as each individual. You will also recruit managers and their deputies, and regularly appraise their performance.
