Chef Manager Caterham (Prep School) Sodexo Education, a leading Catering and Facilities Management company are looking for a Chef Manager to manage the catering team who provide a high level of catering and hospitality service to Caterham School. The Chef Manager will be required to manage the unit and a small team on a day to day basis in delivering fresh, nutritious and healthy meals to the students, staff and visitors, Hospitality, devise menus with the Executive Chef, stock control and transfer, and invoicing. We are looking for a Chef Manager with flair and passion for preparing, cooking and serving healthily and nutritious home cooked food, sound food production experience, previous experience delivering high quality hospitality food, previous Management experience in a similar environment, City and Guilds 706 1 / 2 or equivalent, computer literate, knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene. The working hours are generally Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm and some overtime, 52 weeks a year.
