Hotel Account Manager - Surrey

A luxury hotel brand is now looking to recruit an Account Manager to cover their EMEA region. This position will focus on building business relationships between the company and their portfolio of hotels. The ideal candidate should have a strong hotel background with Revenue Management and/or Distribution experience

As an Account Manager - EMEA you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
• Develop operational relationships with their hotels to ensure worldwide brand exposure, marketing support and reservations revenue through the companies channels
• Develop open communication flows between the brand and their hotels whilst providing excellent and timely service
• Develop a business plan for each hotel to achieve a positive return on investment and maximum revenue generated from the companies reservation channels
• Ensure accurate representation of the companies hotels in all reservation platforms including rate and product parity
• Ownership and management of new hotel induction including rate loading and content management
• Plan and manage internal resources as the brand liaison to support hotels
• Working as a team with all departmental teams


Account Manager - EMEA remuneration package:

Account Manager - EMEA skill attributes:
• Distribution/Revenue Management experience in the hotel industry needed
• Fluent in English and GERMAN
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Must be a team player with a strong ability to self-manage
• Must be flexible with working hours to ensure completion of projects
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and should be comfortable liaising with Hotel Owners, General Managers
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of PMS system/reservation system/global distribution system
